Director of Administration
Cindy has served as Director of Administration since June 2019. She is responsible for managing all accounting and budgeting activities to include monitoring the activities of the General Assembly and the State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), the administration of Human Resources and related personnel operations, directing all purchasing and related reporting, managing word processing, and all other administrative functions of the agency to include management of security and information technology systems for the agency.
Cindy has worked in South Carolina state government since 2000 and has extensive experience in administrative management. Prior to joining the office, she worked in executive leadership and management positions with the South Carolina Technical College System, the University of South Carolina, and the South Carolina Department of Mental Health.
A native of southeast Georgia, she has lived in the Columbia area since 1990. Cindy is a graduate of Columbia College where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting & Finance. She is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association of South Carolina (GFOASC).Back to All Leadership
